The name
Named after our founder's mother
VINEETA carries the name of our founder's mother. It is a daily reminder that this work begins with care: the kind that listens first, and stays.

S. Sujai Raja Sebastian
M.Phil., PGDCP
Sujai brings seven years of school counselling and special education leadership. He has headed counselling and special education services across five school campuses serving more than 12,000 students, leading a team of counsellors and special educators. His work includes counselling systems, inclusion and screening policies, child protection protocols and staff appraisal frameworks. At VINEETA he leads strategy, leadership development and institutional consultancy.
